Geen woorden maar daden
Hanneke Spruyt-Panbakker is VP & Country Leader for Procter & Gamble Benelux and a Rotterdammer at heart — and in real life, as she still lives there with her husband and three children, aged 18, 17 and 14. She has spent most of her career at P&G, working across different commercial and leadership roles, always with a lot of energy and a strong belief that work should also be fun. She loves people, travelling, good food, new experiences and getting things done. Recently, she added ‘founder’ to the list by starting Stichting Kleine Kooltjes, supporting children and education in Uganda — a country that is very close to her and her family’s heart.
Who or what provided your possibilities?
P&G – my first employer :). I had no clue when I joined the company in 2001, and found a professional home that kept opening new doors — different roles, different people, different countries and challenges I would have never imagined for myself at the start.
