Whatever we do, the same principle applies: it must demonstrably improve healthcare. Team
Since its founding in 2005, Gupta has grown significantly. That applies to our portfolio, the diversity of our assignments and the team. We are all specialized in healthcare and complement each other in background, knowledge and experience.

What are we looking for?

We look for people who combine analytical rigor with the drive to solve problems others consider unworkable. You substantiate your ideas with quantitative analysis, not intuition alone. You are comfortable diving into a complex healthcare issue, structuring it, and working through the data until the answer holds up. You do not need a formal title to take ownership; at Gupta, everyone is judged on the merit of their work and their results with clients. We are looking for people from varied academic backgrounds, who bring a critical, independent perspective and are not satisfied with a superficial conclusion. You combine content with a social motivation: you want your work to genuinely improve healthcare, not just produce a deliverable. We work directly with hospitals, insurers, government bodies, regulators, and other parties across the healthcare value chain, so you need to be able to hold your own with experienced professionals from day one. If you get energized by a hard problem and believe it can be solved with enough analysis and persistence, you will fit in.
