INNOPAY, a business of Oliver Wyman, is a leading consultancy specializing in digital transactions. We support enterprises, public institutions, and individuals as they navigate a landscape shaped by technological change and rapidly shifting regulatory requirements.
We advise on strategy, product development, and implementation across four areas of the digital economy: payments, open finance, digital identity, and data sharing. Our services span not only the strategic and operational aspects of our clients’ businesses, but also the technologies they deploy and their compliance with local and international regulations.
By promoting collaboration and innovation, we help clients reimagine the complexities of digital transactions through technology- and product-focused approaches. The result is sustainable growth and real-time trust in an increasingly digital-first world.
What are we looking for?
As a Consultant, you’ll work as part of a collaborative team advising clients on strategic topics in digital transactions, including data sharing, digital onboarding, and open banking. You’ll combine structured problem-solving with sector knowledge to turn complex commercial, organizational, and technical questions into clear, actionable recommendations.
Take ownership of specific parts of client projects, conducting outside-in and inside-out analyses and interviewing clients and specialists to develop insights.
Work in diverse teams of 2–5 colleagues to support international clients with sector-specific knowledge and strategic advice.
Collaborate with clients to co-create new strategies, services, and products, translating complex information into practical recommendations, roadmaps, and specifications.
Develop your consulting capabilities through dedicated training, hands-on project experience, coaching, and learning from colleagues.
Contribute beyond project delivery by supporting client proposals and helping develop new propositions.
We’re looking for curious, analytical, and collaborative people who are excited by the opportunities created by digital innovation and transformation.
A Master’s degree; an additional degree is a plus.
Up to three years of professional experience. Experience in management consulting is an advantage but not required.
An interest in topics such as digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. Prior experience in these areas is not required.
A strong academic record complemented by experiences beyond your studies, such as international exchanges, internships, or meaningful extracurricular activities.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through professional, academic, or extracurricular experiences.
A collaborative mindset, with the initiative and leadership potential to contribute effectively to teams.
Fluency in English is required; Dutch or German language skills are preferred.
What do we offer?
WE OFFER you a flexible and open (hybrid) working environment where you will be part of innovative projects with true impact. We have a flat and agile organisation structure and a culture that is characterised by our four core values: collaboration, ownership, forward thinking and, above all, customer focus. We believe in personalised growth rather than a fixed career path, and therefore provide ongoing support through career coaching and a personal development plan starting with our one-year, tailor-made, knowledge and skill curriculum.
Also, we rank fun very high, which is reflected by our Friday evening drinks, our high-energy off-sites, multiple sporting events, our annual ski trip, a family X-mas party and more!
