Frits Snel is Country Manager Benelux & Beyond at Tony’s Chocolonely. Over the past 20+ years, he has built his career in the FMCG industry, working with brands and retailers across Europe and North America. Before joining Tony’s Chocolonely, he held commercial roles at companies including Mars, Ahold and Sara Lee. At Tony’s, he has helped drive growth in the Netherlands, the U.S. and international markets. Frits combines a strategic mindset with a practical, no-nonsense approach and enjoys building teams, developing brands and creating sustainable business growth.
Who or what provided your possibilities?
My upbringing (taking responsibility, head down, work hard) and the fact that I’ve had the courage the remove my golden handcuff’s to eventually join this quirky scale up called Tony’s Chocolonely which turned out to be the start of something very special.
