What are we looking for?

Early Career Programme:
We’re looking for ambitious graduates (or final-year master’s students) who are eager to kick-start their career in the fast-moving world of FMCG. Our ideal candidate:
– Recently graduated (max. 1 year) or in the final year of a master’s degree – preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing & Communication, Economics, or Data Scienc
– Fluent in Dutch and English
– Has a first relevant commercial work experience (internship or working student role)
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– A valid driver’s license (Category B)
– Passionate about brands, consumers, and the FMCG industry
– Takes initiative, thrives in a collaborative environment, and combines creativity with a data-driven approach
– Motivated to develop into a well-rounded commercial professional

Internships:
Twice a year, we also welcome interns for 6-month placements in Brand Management, Digital Commerce, Shopper Activation Management, and Category Management. A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and get to know Mondelēz from the inside.

Why Dutch fluency is a must:
Our programmes focus on commercial roles: Sales, Category Management, and Marketing. In these positions, you work directly with the local Dutch market: retailers, customers, and consumers. That’s why fluency in Dutch is essential, alongside a strong command of English.

What do we offer?

Early Career Program:
Our Early Career Program is a 2-year program where you’ll fill 1-2 different commercial roles. You start in Sales, building a strong foundation in the market. From there, based on your interests, you can stay in Sales or move into Shopper Activation Management, Digital Commerce, Category Management, or Brand Management. Combined with coaching from experienced managers, a competitive salary and benefits, and the chance to work with brands like Oreo, Milka, LU, Côte d’Or, and LiGA – it’s the ideal launchpad for your commercial career.

Internships:
For our interns, we offer 6-month hands-on placements in Brand Management, Digital Commerce, Shopper Activation Management, or Category Management. You’ll get real responsibility and exposure to how a leading FMCG company operates, guided by professionals who invest in your development. The perfect way to get to know Mondelēz from the inside.
