What are we looking for?
Achmea offers internships, graduation projects, working-student roles, graduate positions, traineeships and specialist talentships.
Our main focus for this event is the Management Traineeship, and we would love to connect with ambitious Dutch-speaking master’s students and recent graduates who are curious about becoming future leaders at Achmea. During this two-year programme, trainees complete four assignments across different Achmea businesses and locations. You develop personal leadership and management skills, take on at least one team-leadership assignment and may gain international experience at a European office.
It is a unique opportunity to discover your strengths, build a broad network and contribute to innovation and meaningful societal challenges. We look for curious, proactive people who learn quickly, enjoy collaborating and bring a fresh perspective.
What do we offer?
At Achmea, you can start building your career before or just after graduation. We offer internships, graduation projects, working-student positions, graduate jobs, traineeships and specialist talentships across areas such as business, finance, data, IT, actuarial science, law, marketing and healthcare.
Our two-year Management Traineeship is designed for ambitious students and recent graduates who want to grow into future leadership roles. You complete four varied assignments across Achmea, including a team-leadership role. One of these assignments may take place at an Achmea office elsewhere in Europe. Throughout the programme, you receive intensive development support, build a broad network and contribute to innovations with real customer and societal impact.
Our standard working week is 34 hours, supporting a healthy work–life balance. Through All You Can Learn, employees also have unlimited access to courses, training programmes and other learning opportunities.
