• Are you recruiting for specific vacancies?

Mostly for our sales & marketing traineeship and also, when it’s open, our business consultancy traineeship (at one of our staff teams, can be logistics, finance etc.). But if someone fits and has a great profile, we are open to discussing the possibilities.

What do you offer your interns, graduates, or trainees?

• Hands-on experience. You will be a ‘real’ and 100% contributing member of your team
• Strategic project(s) within your team.

• Strategic cross-team project with all trainees.

• Yearly budget with all trainees for a (local) social cause, for example: walking with the elderly.

• Guidance and mentorship from your team lead

• Possibility to do online courses via our training academy

• An extensive onboarding period of 3 (fulltime) weeks where you be trained and informed on everything Hilti, our products, our systems, sales techniques and you will go on a ‘culture journey’ to get to know everything about our culture and why we find this so important. After this period, you also have follow-up training days during the whole first year.
