This matters the most for your Trainee Program

Logistics and Execution Traineeship Program

• Masters or bachelor degree, preferably in a Logistics, Economics, Business, Marine Logistics/Transportation or other related field
• Interest in logistical processes
• Strong drive for success, great analytical skills, self-motivated and strive for continuous improvement 
• IT skilled, great team player and communicator, good with numbers, structured, accurate, out of the box thinking, highly stress resilient
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial 
• Willing to travel and/or to relocate within Europe
• A valid EU work permit

Commercial Traineeship Program

• Master’s or bachelor degree, preferably in an Economics, Business or Agricultural discipline
• Strong interest in Agri-commodity trading business
• Strong drive for success, great analytical skills, you are self-motivated, results oriented and you always strive for continuous improvement 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are beneficial 
• Willing to travel and/or to relocate within Europe
• A valid EU work permit
