Rick Niemeijer is CEO of TODAY Real Estate Development, where he leads the company’s activities across the Dutch and European real estate markets. Based in Amsterdam, he combines deep market knowledge with an international outlook and a strong network across the industry.
Before joining TODAY RED in August 2026, Rick served as CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands. Appointed at the age of 38, he also became a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Netherlands.
In 2025, Rick was named to the MT/Sprout Next Leadership 50, recognizing the Netherlands’ most promising business leaders. He believes the best results come from giving people the confidence and freedom to take ownership, grow, and make an impact. His leadership style is defined by authenticity, clarity, and a genuine focus on developing people alongside building successful businesses.
