What do we offer?
We have the ECLP (early career leadership program), which lasts three years and offers rotations in three different positions within the selected track, one of which is in another European country. It also offers a mentor, a buddy, an international project with colleagues from the program in other regions, leadership training, and more. After three years, the person has a role and begins their career to become a leader and apply what they have learned in the program. The tracks we have in EMEA are: HR, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D
