The VNAB is the Dutch trade association for the business insurance market. Our members (a.o. Aon, Marsh, N.N. Allianz) provide insurance solutions in combination with risk management consultancy for large and complex risks.
We are a niche in the insurance market, consisting of insurers and insurance brokers that focus on the major risks at mostly large, international organizations. A fascinating and challenging industry with many interesting career opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for trainees/starters who have the following competencies:
– You are enterprising, creative and solution and result oriented.
– You can work well together and build relationships both internally and externally.
– You are assertive, have good communication skills and are open to new challenges.
– You are looking for a trainee program that is tailored to your needs.
And regarding education/knowledge:
– You have completed a higher professional or university education.
– You speak and write fluent Dutch, English is a plus.
What do we offer?
In our Risk Insurance Traineeship you will work for a year at two different organizations that deal with major risks. You have the opportunity to shape the content yourself, your wishes/learning needs are paramount. In addition, you will follow a complete training and development program with the other trainees and you will visit many networking events. After this year, the world is at your feet and you can start working in the business insurance market as you wish.
