Kirsten Konst is Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Executive Board Member at BDO since 2025. She drives the firm’s growth strategy by combining visionary leadership with a strong focus on organizational transformation and strategic execution. Prior to joining BDO, Kirsten held senior leadership roles in the financial sector, including at ABN AMRO and Rabobank. From 2017 to 2024, she served on Rabobank’s Executive Board, where she played a key role in shaping the bank’s strategic direction. Kirsten is passionate about empowering people and organizations to embrace change and lead with purpose.
