Since December 2024, Véronique is CHRO of Vanderlande. She brings over 25 years of experience in human resources. She has worked in a range of industries, including chemicals, financial services, consultancy, private equity, manufacturing, biotech and pharmaceuticals. Véronique holds a degree in Roman Languages from the University of Antwerp and obtained her postgraduate degree from the University of Tilburg. As a passionate people person and avid traveller, Véronique is fluent in 6 languagues, and has lived and worked in eight different countries across the world. Her proven track record in international HR management in multi-cultural environments, sets her up to accompany Vanderlande in its growth journey.

How do I build bridges?

Building bridges in my life has been about broadening my circle I interact with daily and naturally through being curious and courageous. Jumping on non-obvious career opportunities lead to building relationships across teams, functions, and geographies that give you confidence to think and act bigger.
