Hey! My name is Zoë Meijndert and I am one of the Commissioners of Academic Relations of the 39th STAR Management Week. Together with Farah Stoffels, we are responsible for organizing all academic events that fall under the academic pillar of the STAR Management Week. This includes organizing inspiring speaker sessions and interactive training events to facilitate valuable networking opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier companies and academic partners. Our aim is to offer students meaningful experiences that help them grow both personally and professionally.
In addition I also fulfill the role of Vice Chairwoman. In this position, I support the Chair in overseeing the overall project, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help represent the STAR Management Week to both internal and external stakeholders. I also act as a sparring partner for the Chair and work to strengthen team cohesion, ensuring that our committee performs as one united and motivated team throughout the entire process.
Another highlight of my role is organizing the International Academic Event, a unique three-day trip abroad. Together with Fay van Rooijen, I’m responsible for coordinating a program where a selected group of students will visit an internationally oriented company and a partner university of RSM. This event offers participants a valuable opportunity to explore global perspectives on business and academia, engage in cross-cultural dialogue, and gain a deeper understanding of international professional environments.
I’m incredibly proud to be part of this journey and can’t wait to see all our hard work come to life during the 39th edition of the STAR Management Week! It’s going to be truly unforgettable!
