Hi! My name is Thea Boeva and I am the Treasurer of the 39th STAR Management Week. As Treasurer, I am responsible for ensuring the financial stability and continuity of the event. This includes identifying strategic financial opportunities that can benefit future editions, as well as drafting and maintaining this year’s overall budget. I also handle the preparation and finalization of all contracts for participating companies, making sure everything is in place for smooth collaboration. I will be working on various budget scenarios and making sure they are closely monitored throughout the year. In the upcoming period, I will also be focusing on sending out invoices to all participating companies.
In addition to my responsibilities as Treasurer, I also take on the role of Back Office Manager together with Farah Stoffels. Together, we ensure that both the crew and participating students are well-informed and in the right place at the right time. We are responsible for coordinating the crew schedule, handling last-minute changes, and acting as the go-to contact persons throughout the event to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
