As CEO of Hunkemöller International, Philip Mounfort took Hunkemöller from a high street lingerie retailer to a much loved global and social brand. He managed to increase stores from 400 stores to 837 in 2018, but more importantly shifted the company’s focus to Shero, the persona based on whom Hunkemöller makes their decisions. This has allowed the company to create a true omni-channel business. He is said to be an experienced retail and brand CEO, both in terms of turnaround and disaster recovery and long-term brand building and repositioning.
