Meike Salvado is CHRO and Member of Executive Council of Royal HaskoningDHV, a global engineering consultancy firm with 6000 employees operating in 140 countries. Meike is leading the global business transformation from people and culture perspective as well as the transformation of the HR function. Meike is an engineer from background and joined Royal HaskoningDHV in 2008; she has broad experience in commercial, business and strategy roles and worked and lived in several European countries, Asia and America. She currently lives with her husband and their three children in the Netherlands.
