Marlou Banning

CFO - Air Traffic Control the Netherlands

Gathering many different kinds of experiences is just as important as acquiring knowledge!

Marlou Banning has been the CFO of LVNL (Air Traffic Control the Netherlands) since August 2016. LVNL is responsible for safe air traffic management in the Dutch airspace and at the airports: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Groningen Airport Eelde, and Maastricht Aachen Airport. In her role at LVNL, Marlou Banning is a member of the Supervisory Board of the executive organization of CANSO, the sector association of civil air navigation service providers. She also holds supervisory roles at various profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Marlou Banning has over 20 years of experience in executive positions in the financial world and the aviation sector, especially in the field of strategy development and organizational change.

She has a degree in Organizational Psychology and a Law degree and participated in several management programs, including the IMD Business School and the Nyenrode Business University.
