Isabel Moll

Isabel Moll is Vice President & General Manager of Dell Technologies Netherlands. Moll has more than twenty years of experience in leading complex innovations and digital transformations. She played an important role in the transformation of her own organization and that of her customers, in which (digital) collaboration within and outside the organization was essential for success. Prior to Dell Technologies, she led the digital transformation program and Data & Analytics for KPMG Healthcare and Public Sector. Her area of focus included strategy, organization and quality of (data driven) digital innovation. Previously, she worked at Microsoft and KLM in various managerial positions and, among others, led Microsoft’s Cloud & Enterprise business group in which she was responsible for the broad adoption of Azure in the Netherlands. Moll has been focusing on Women in Tech programs for many years and was co-founder of the Azure Academy for Women.
