Ingrid de Swart

Ingrid de Swart (COO/CTO) (1969) has been a member of a.s.r.’s Executive Board since December 2019. Her responsibilities include IT&C, Customer experience & Digital, Life & Funeral, Disability, P&C, Pensions, Mortgages, Health, Ditzo and Distribution. She studied Dutch language and literature at Utrecht University. At CEDEP in Fontainebleau, Ingrid followed the Young Executive Programme and the General Management Programme and in 2014 she attended the Advanced Management Programme at Wharton University in Pennsylvania. Ingrid de Swart was a Board Member and COO Retail at Aegon Nederland from 2017 until May 2019. Prior to this, she held various management and executive positions at Delta Lloyd from 2001 to 2017. From 2009 to 2013 she was CEO of ABN AMRO Insurance, followed by the position of Chairperson of Delta Lloyd’s commercial division. From 2014 to 2017, she was a member of the Executive Board of Delta Lloyd.

Ingrid was Top Female Executive of the Year in 2017.
