How did I unlock my potential?
I have deliberately gained experience in multiple sectors and organizations: in business, in knowledge institutions and in government. This has enabled me to develop my talent as a director in order to connect to the specific task of each organization. Guts, courage and leadership characterize my working style. My motto is: I’ve never done it before, so I can do it (and if not, I’ll learn it).
