During our Global Onboarding weeks, you’ll be immersed in the RBI culture and will have the chance to meet the global leadership team and your global graduate class.
Next, you’ll spend a month training in the restaurant, giving you in-depth, hands-on experience of our business operations.
After that, you’ll rotate through departments in the corporate offices of your region. You’ll receive training, have the opportunity for mentorship, and get feedback from colleagues and our senior leaders.
