What specific competences/qualities are you looking for in interns/graduates/trainees?

As a Consultant you have an aptitude for “out-of-the-box” thinking and enjoy questioning existing structures before going your own way. We are looking for a person with growth mindset to develop oneself and others. It is important to reflect on our own strengths and weaknesses and take steps to drive your own development. You should also be a passionate team player who enjoys working in diverse team from various countries and backgrounds.

We look for talents across all RSM Master programs! In case you are a bachelor student, you can join us as a Visiting Consultant (Internship).
