Look no further, as Consultday could be the company for you! Consultday was founded in 2016 and has grown to 11 employees by now. Consultday supports organizations in simplifying and standardizing their HR processes and HR IT landscape. We offer this service with a mix of roles; consultants, project managers and business analysts.

What we look for
We’re looking for recent graduates who have a background in HR and/or IT or are excited to learn more about these two domains. Besides the skills, you are performance oriented, ambitious and like a dynamic working atmosphere. Furthermore, you have developed strong communicative and analytical skills. Being able to quickly analyse complex issues and formulate a suitable solution is not a problem for you.

We certainly focus on teambuilding as we think that this enables our team to properly collaborate. We often organize team activities and trips, for example, our team participated in the Strong Viking Run last June. Furthermore, we like to have lunch together at the restaurant in our office and start the weekend together with a drink on Friday afternoon.

Who are we?
HR Technology, made Easy. Consultday supports organisations in understanding HR technology and eventually transforming their HR design. Our way of working is based on substantive knowledge, a realistic approach and clear communication. HR IT Project Management and Business Consultancy are the foundation of our service. Consultday is growing rapidly and therefore looking for HR IT Consultants who want to build the future of Consultday!

We stimulate our employees to use public transportation whenever they can instead of commuting by car. Apart from that, we are a fully paper-less company.
